Training

As experienced Investigators and trainers, Ms. Chanel and her team provide training for several GSA Contractors in the areas of Employee Relations, EEO Investigations, Conflict Resolution, and EEO.

Ms. Chanel has served as a Lead Trainer in the area of Employee Relations for new and experienced supervisors and managers with the Department of State.  She has also trained new hires and employees for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency in the areas of EEO, Diversity & Inclusion, and Workplace Harassment.

While serving at MCCR, Ms. Chanel also provided leadership and training for new investigators in the areas of EEO, Public Accommodations, and Investigation Skills.  She currently provides the same training for GSA Contractors when they employ the services of new investigators.
