EEO Investigations and Final Agency Decisions

The firm offers services for discrimination complaints and administrative inquiries.  The firm's services include but are not limited to investigations and the preparation of a Report of Investigation, an Administrative Inquiry Report with findings and recommendations, or a Final Agency Decision.

Ms. Chanel has been committed to the area of Civil Rights since 1995.  During law school, she served as a legal intern with the Disability Law Clinic assisting in the representation of claimants in social security matters.  While in law school, she also served as a legal intern for the Community Health Law Projects in New Jersey by assisting in the representation of assisting persons with disabilities.  She has served as a Mediator, Mediation Program Assistant, Investigator, and Fact-Finding Conference Examiner to address Charges filed directly with EEOC, the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights (MCCR), and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Ms. Chanel graduated from the National Fair Housing Training Academy with a Certificate in investigator training.  She is also recognized by EEOC as a certified trained investigator.  She received a Certificate in investigator training from EEOC.
